ACCA Career Fair 2010

I went KL for ACCA Career Fair yesterday. It is a last minute decision to follow. Things goes like this, huileng randomly talking bout the career fair during Professional Ethic's lecturer on Friday. Then i just said i want to go too! But they said there were no more places so nevermind loh. But that night the president of the club Mr JJ lim msn-ed me saying there is another one more place available. So, then i joined them. Free trip to KL what. Why not joining huh? Or else it is going to be another boring Saturday too :)

So the bus departed around 9am and reached Crown Plaza at 11am. We were given 3 hours to walk around the career fair, do whatever stuff we want and ask anything lorh. I just randomly dropby some booth and asked about the internship stuff then. What i know through this trip is that Maybank and OCBC bank do takes accounting interns!!! :) happy max

Then i should consider sending my application to the bank or the big 4 auditing firms?? In dilemma now.

We just spended like an hour walking around there. Then there is still another one hour to reach 2pm. So we went into the hall for some talk. Listen to the AMD group speech. Found out working there seems kinda fun! And i'm so pui fuk that CEO and Vice President of the AMD is a young woman! She is a very friendly and cheerful woman. Enjoy listening to her speech!!

Finished the talk around 1.45pm. So we go for some photo snapping before leaving this place.

After that we take the train to Times Square. I did planned to call Vivian out but then i'm worry it is kinda rush for both of us to have a meetup. Gotta back to the venue at 5pm then heading back to Melaka. So i didnt call her at last :(
