 Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)

I fell in love with Okonomiyaki when i first visit to Sakura House which located in Melaka.
I just know that japanese style of pancake consist of cabbage and those simple ingredient
I owes wish to visit Sakura House back again to try their Okonomiyaki!

But since i'm in cooking fever now, so i just try out anything simple that i could cook for myself!

From google,
The word Okonomiyaki means 'cook as you like'
So you may choose any topping or ingredient! :)

According to Annie, she used flour, eggs, hotdog and crabstick.
It sounds really easy huh?

So the ingredient i used as below.
- wheat flour (about 2 cups) mixed with little bit water
- 2 eggs
- chicken frankfurter (hotdog)
- shredded cabbage
- BBQ sauce + mayonnaise as dressing.

You may choose to add crabstick/ bacon/ chicken meat/ ham/ shrimp/ seaweed/ cheese/ kimchi
anything u like! Just try out your own preference Okonomiyaki.

1. Breaks the eggs into the bowl with floor
2. I add some pepper and oyster sause :P
 Then stir it~
3. Add in Shredded Cabbage and sliced Hotdog
4. Mix well all the ingredient.
5. Fry it on a frying pan with olive oil.

And it is done!

You may load this video to see how they make it!
They definately more experience than me!
